Love this jacket

This jacket is such a stylish and beautiful addition to my closet. I wear a lot of black clothing and most of my jackets are black as well. I had a tough time deciding what colour to get because I wanted a different colour than black. I decided on the kelp colour and I was so happy I did, it's stunning. I live on the coastline and collect kelp as part of my job and so it's very fitting in that sense. I love my jacket so much that I also bought the vest, in black of course. To ensure I ordered the right size, I used the online sizing chart and measured against another jacket that fits me well and a M was perfect. For reference, I am 5'8 and 145lbs.

Poor quality

I purchased this jacket in April and the zip frequently catches half way up. It is very frustrating when taking it on and off during the day. There are also multiple holes around the cuffs. Despite raising this in October (after only occasional use in the interim period over 7 months), I was simply told that the issue could not be replicated, the holes could have been caused by anything and that most people do not have an issue with it. It was a disappointing response and a disappointing product.
