Just the right weight for winter weather in Auckland. Excellent quality, great design detailing on cuffs and hemline. Delighted with the service.

Beautiful coat just colour shown

I’m really happy with the hooded down parka itself. It's lightweight, warm, beautifully made, and has a very flattering shape. It’s comfortable to wear and exactly what I was looking for in terms of quality.

My only advice to future buyers is to be aware of the colour. I ordered Cacoa, expecting the colour shown online to be a chocolate colour, but the coat I received is actually more a khaki green. If you're choosing it based on the website photos, just keep that in mind.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the customer service. When I contacted them about the colour difference, they simply said that "Cacoa" can represent a variety of colours on different screens and that they were satisfied with what they had sent. There was no real acknowledgement of my concern or attempt to resolve it.

Overall, I would give the coat 5 stars, but the customer service 0 out of 10. Great product, but the after-sales support left a lot to be desired.
