The material is very lightweight, wrinkle-free, and quick-drying, which makes this an ideal travel dress. I purchased both the black and dark teal colors.
In my opinion, the sizing for this dress runs large. I am usually a women’s medium or large, depending on the cut, but I had to size down to a small because the medium was too loose in the neckline and bust. Even in the small, the dress remains slightly loose in the shoulders and chest.
I am petite at 160 cm tall with a fuller bust (12E) and a body shape between hourglass and apple. This dress fits me well because it is not overly form-fitting, which I prefer. I originally bought both colors for mostly travel (including long haul flights), but because the fabric does not wrinkle and looks polished, I have also worn them to the office.
I appreciate that Alchemy Equipment includes pockets in their dresses, and the fabric quality is consistently excellent. I hope they release more colors, as this dress is a refreshing delight!
