To check your rewards balance or redeem rewards points for a coupon code, simply click the 'ALCHEMY CLUB' tab that pops up at the bottom-left of our site and login.
Rewards from in-store purchases are loaded into your member account within 24 hours of purchase, and online orders within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received your reward within these time frames, please contact us.
Please note that items purchased from clearance do not earn rewards points and rewards points cannot be used on products with members-only pricing online.
