I first came across Alchemy Equipent on a holiday in New Zealand. I like their designs, and think they have an original twist, and the Travel Blazer is like that- they also have an original twist on the customer service, particularly the Alchemy Club. I am not sure how I signed up for it, but i appear to be a member, as i am on some kind of bronze tier with a number of points. But I can't access my club membership in any way (can't log on, am not recognised et cetera) and couldn't get the blazer at the advertised Club price. Well, I thought, I will give them a ring and sort this out- except there is no phone number. But there is a feedback form- which iI fill out in an effort to join the club in a meaningful way. No response of course, and I presume no one actually reads the feedback and I suspect no one will read this either. Alchemy, good designs, interesting products, rotten unresponsive customer service. Got to get your act together; no use designing great gear if you alienate your customers

If your first purchase with us was online then you would have opted-in to the Alchemy Club in the checkout process of that transaction. If you had previously signed up in-store, you do still need to create an account online with the same email address to link up the store account. Details

The alchemy club pricing is available to all club members, however you do have to be logged into your account for them to be applied to your cart. (you can see the log-in button on the lower left side of the website ) I believe was the situation here is that you ordered the Travel Blazer without having logged in before completing the transaction.
Regrading phoning options- using the 'find a store' link, then clicking on any of the store would advise you or a phone number of our stores.
We have issued a refund for the difference to reflect the members price that was available. Let us know if we can assist any further.
